No Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Policy

Pickndrop operates strictly as a parcel delivery platform. We do not collect product payments on behalf of customers or merchants. Our riders are authorized to handle delivery fees only, not product value.

All users must pay any applicable service or delivery charges directly through the Pickndrop platform or to the rider as instructed. No rider will request or accept COD payments for products.
